Rhythm serves as a catalyst and vehicle to building relations – both spiritual and human. Rhythm and vibration (sound) are twins; the ancient Keepers of the World believe they complement each other. Our cultural center is founded on beats and rhythms. We have chosen these levels of rhythm after meeting and reading the book of a spiritual drummer, Kokomon Clottey, who is a medicine man from the Ga tribe of Ghana, West Africa. He taught us through ancient Indigenous traditions that rhythm is everywhere and in all things. Choose the rhythmic code that vibrates with you.
